Almacantar has pre-let all seven floors, or over 83,000 sq ft, of its ofices at Marble Arch Place to private equity firm Bridgepoint.
5 Marble Arch is part of Almacantar’s Marble Arch Place mixed-use development, which also comprises 26,000 sq ft of retail and a 19-storey residential building, The Bryanston Hyde Park.
The development – expected to complete next year – sits on the Portman Estate, which retains the freehold interest of the scheme.
